Shipping

We currently ship within the UK, the EU and the Channel Islands.

Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and should arrive within 15 business days unless expedited shipment was selected. Note that while these estimated times reflect the vast majority of shipments, the world of shipping is experiencing significant pandemic related delays so these estimated times could take longer.

You will receive an email notification when your shipment is sent. If your products have not arrived after 7 days please contact customer care. 

We currently ship as standard within the UK. But if you would like your products shipped further afield then drop us an email at customercare@kelseyskin.com and we'll see what we can do.

Standard shipping within in the UK is free on orders over £50. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and should be delivered between 2-4 working days. 

Yes, we ship to all UK addresses and PO Boxes.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order so if you would like any help in making the right selection for you before placing your order please reach out to us and we will be happy to chat with you about the products. That said, if you do have second thoughts about your order or realise you meant to order something different, don’t worry, we will help you sort it out.  

Eligibility for Cancellations & Returns

New, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned for full refund (excluding shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a cancellation and return, just drop us an email at customercare@kelseyskin.com and let us know your issue (please include order number in subject line). 

Refund Processing

Eligible Refunds will be made to the  payment card that was used for original purchase. 

- If your order has not yet dispatched, the refund will be processed within 14 days of cancellation notice.

- If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns Process outlined in the Returns & Refunds Policy to return the products to us. We will issue the refund to you within 14 receiving the returned products in our facility, provided they are in original packaging, unused and in a hygienic and resalable condition. 

If your wish to return a product please return via the outlet you purchased from.

If your products arrive damaged or incomplete please contact customer care as soon as possible, ideally with some photos so that we can determine what might have happened on our end.  Any new, unused damaged products can be returned for full refund or replaced.  Once we receive your email we will work with you to make arrangements accordingly.

Product

No, we are firmly against animal testing and so are our manufacturing partners. 

In accordance with cosmetic regulations our products have a three year shelf life. In addition the small open jar symbol on each bottle indicates how long the product can be safely used for once opened.

We have worked hard to ensure that our packaging is as sustainable as possible. All of our cardboard comes from an FSC certified supplier and we opted for nitrile bulbs for our pipettes as an alternative to the more commonly used PVC which has a negative environmental profile. All of the elements of our product and shipping packaging is recyclable. 

Our products do not contain synthetic fragrance, irritating essential oils or harsh detergents and are expertly formulated to suit all skin types, including sensitive. However, if you have a concern regarding a known allergy please refer to our ingredient lists. 

By most retailer standards, our products would be classified as 'clean'. However, we know that the we terms natural or clean can be pretty confusing. There's no one definition of what natural means. Our focus is on formulating products that are kind to the skin and to the environment, avoiding known controversial ingredients and offering transparency to our customers. Transparency means a lot to us - we include a glossary of every ingredient that goes into each of our products for you to understand what we've chosen to work with and why, and you can make an informed decision.

Our initial product range is completely free of any animal-derived ingredients. 

We know that some synthetic fragrance and/or indeed natural essential oils can cause a skin reaction, so we've opted to play it safe and avoid this in all of our products. We use a small amount of 100% natural fragrance in our products.

Yes to all! Our products were meant to be used alone or together and our plumping concentrate is wonderful mixed into foundation or a cream for an additional hydration boost.

Not at the moment, but this is something we'll be looking into. However, we have worked hard to ensure that our packaging is as sustainable as possible. Orders

Once placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. If you don't receive this within 24 hours please contact our customer care team.

We accept all types of major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Goggle, Apple and Shop Pay.

If your order has shipped before we receive notification we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to either the products or the destination. However, in the event that it has yet to ship we may be able to help so please contact us immediately at customercare@kelseyskin.com and we will make every effort to adjust or cancel the order before is it leaves our warehouse.

We take data security seriously and are committed to your privacy. We only utilise certified Payment Card Compliant (PCI) partners to process payments on our site (Stripe, PayPal and Amazon). Our website has been developed with security in mind, it uses SSL encryption, is monitored, maintained and regularly patched. We work with a highly trusted hosting partner who provides a further level of security which includes their firewall, penetration testing and disk write protection and limitations.
