We may be a small team at KELSEY, but we’re full of passion and talent! Let us introduce you to the incredible Vaishali, our expert Facial Therapist. She works wonders on clients' skin at Beauty Edit Mayfair, leaving everyone with a glowing, radiant complexion—courtesy of the KELSEY Glow.

1.           How long have you been working with KELSEY

Just over a year and I’m loving it!

2.           What do you do?

I am a facialist working at Beauty Edit Mayfair giving clients the most luxurious and nourishing facial experience.

3.           What’s your favourite product from the range?

This is a really hard question as I love all the products, if I had to choose favourites it has to be the Full Bloom concentrate, Midnight Reset and Morn to Eve.

I love the Full Bloom because it really plumps and hydrates the skin giving it that extra boost. I also find it so multi functional as it can be added to moisturisers/serums and foundation too to give that dewy look, alongside as a massage oil for the face. It’s simply the best.

Midnight Reset I love because it has a beautiful luxurious consistency, it’s deeply hydrating and nourishing without feeling heavy on the skin and is perfect for all skin types. Mixed with a few drops of Full Bloom it’s like the perfect pair the skin looks so healthy and rested in the morning.

Morn to Eve is my favourite daytime go to, it protects the skin from environmental stressors whilst hydrating the skin. Its light consistency makes it perfect to use as a moisturiser on an oily skin or on top of a moisturiser on a drier skin. The skin literally glows after and I find it wonderful as a primer too before makeup.

4.           What’s your most important piece of skin advice?

To learn to listen to what your skin needs and to work on having a healthy skin barrier and to always wear your SPF. 

5.           When you’re not working for KELSEY what do you like to get up to?

When I’m not working I love to travel and rarely say no to an adventure. I absolutely adore reading, especially personal development books. I enjoy baking cakes and I’m quite creative and a little random I know, but I also love to do balloon installations with my friend for events.

6.           What are the typical results from a KELSEY facial?

Apart from a relaxed and happy customer the typical results from a KELSEY facial are a very glowy, hydrated and nourished skin with a healthy looking barrier. The facial begins with a double cleanse using KELSEY Luminous Glow cleanser, removing make-up and toxins from the skin and prepping the customer for their treatment experience. Continuing through the range the customer experiences each of the products and their properties, delivering maximum hydration into the skin whilst addressing signs of daily fatigue and stress such as dullness, loss of tone, puffiness, and collagen degradation. Incorporating facial massage and LED light therapy, the KELSEY Radiance Reset Signature Facial leaves the skin feeling lifted, soft and beaming.

7.           What do clients think about think about the use of raspberries within skincare?

When I share the story of Paul’s philosophy behind the brand and the powerful benefits of raspberries, The first words from clients are usually always “Oh Wow” they absolutely love it and then when they use the products they’re so happy with the results they come back to get some more.

The really interesting part of the story is not just the upcycling of the raspberries from the farm, but the science behind the activation process of the seed oil. I love explaining about EZ Rubus ID®, the enzymatically activated raspberry seed oil, which is included in the KELSEY range. It’s a unique innovation in skincare, mimicking the natural enzymatic function of the raspberry plant, reducing the oil's molecular size to enable the transportation of vital nourishment to the skin, activating the oil to elevate bioavailability and boost absorption to intensify results. Skin is smoother, more supple and hydrated as a result.

Customers are really intrigued by this and love the amalgamation of both nature and science.

8.           What feedback have you had from clients?

The feedback I’ve had from clients is amazing. They find that the facials are extremely relaxing and their skin is healthy, brighter and glowing. Achieving this level of glow without any level of invasive elements is really satisfying for both me and the customer.

We have a number of clients that return regularly for a KELSEY facial and one client was so happy with the results of both the treatment and her home regimen with the KELSEY products she said her blemishes had reduced, the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation had significantly improved and her barrier was so much more healthier. It’s a real pleasure to hear this feedback and see the results on client’s skin.
