Meet the Team - Becky (Operations Director)

In our second 'Meet the Team' we've been chatting to Becky, our dedicated Operations Director about her KELSEY faves. 

1.           How long have you been working with KELSEY

I can’t believe it’s been over 3 years now, I started working with the brand just as we were about to launch the three Concentrates.

2.           What do you do?

Haha! A bit of everything! I’m officially Operations but I love the fact that my role is so varied. One day I’m pulling together content for a newsletter and the next I’m speaking to retailers. I love being part of the brand, having input into NPD, product names, marketing ideas.

3.           What attracted you to the brand?

I loved the story, it was so refreshing to hear Paul talk about how he wanted to make a statement in the skincare industry and being part of a small brand from the (almost) beginning is a really exciting opportunity. And fresh supply of raspberries helped a little too!

4.           What’s your favourite product from the range?

Oh that’s so hard. Full Bloom definitely converted me to facial oils – it’s just so light on your skin and the glow you get is phenomenal. But I think it has to be Midnight Reset, it’s so thick and creamy but doesn’t leave you feeling wet and icky. It’s gives me a little bedtime ritual applying it to my face and it definitely works! I’m sure I should look more haggard with two small children in tow. 

5.           What’s your most important piece of skin advice?

Look after it! It’s never too early to start a good routine. I used to think that some well known cleansers that I used when I was younger were doing a good job because my face felt tight and stingy! Oh dear!!

6.           When you’re not working for KELSEY what do you like to get up to?

Looking after my son and daughter take up most of my time, but I love it! But when I switch off it’s lovely spending time with my husband and kids having adventures and (eye-roll) making memories. My ‘me-time’ is a good book and glass of wine.
